Life by Design – Revive

Terms and conditions

  1. To secure your place at one of our LIFE by DESIGN Revives (the Revive), payment is required in full at the time of booking.
  2. If you book prior to midnight the day before the early bird special ends for a selected Revive, payment of the published early bird price will secure your booking, unless spaces are sold out prior.
  3. For bookings received after the day the early bird special ends for a selected Revive, payment of the published full price will secure your booking, unless spaces are sold out prior.
  4. Any bank, merchant or PayPal fees incurred through the transferring of funds are payable by you, in addition to the cost of the Revive.
  5. All prices are in Australian dollars.
  6. If the Revive is cancelled by us for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount received by us from you.  This refund does not include an expenses incurred in preparation for the cancelled Revive, including but not limited to airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.
  7. No refunds will be made for cancellations by you for any reason, including but not limited to, injury or personal emergencies.
  8. All cancellations must be received in writing.
  9. A Revive reservation is fully transferrable to another female over the age of 18, for the same date and package, with our prior written consent.  If you wish to transfer your place, you must complete the pro-forma Delegate Substitution Form and submit to us no later than 1 month prior to Revive.
  10. You must be at least 18 years of age to attend our Revive.
  11. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any cancellations or changes made by the Revive venue, or events outside our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters.
  12. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property, injuries, illnesses, conditions, accidents or death suffered before, during or after the Revive.
  13. Unless otherwise stated, we are not responsible for any costs incurred by you, including but not limited to, the cost of travel to and from the Revive, travel insurance, beverages, optional activities and excursions and personal expenses.
  14. The Revive schedule and included activities/meals can change at any time without notice.
  15. Terms and Conditions of booking a Revive can change at any time without notice.  The current terms and conditions, as listed on the website at the time of the Revive, are always applicable.
  16. We may occasionally contact you with the primary purpose of marketing or market research.  If you would prefer not to be contacted by us, please advise our Privacy Officer in writing at connect@openinggates.com.
  17. You authorise us to use any images, statements or video footage captured at the Revive without your prior consent, for the purposes of advertising and promotional use, including but not limited to use on websites, blogs and in print materials in any country without payment or any other consideration.
  18. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
