How did you get to be so awesome?  Was it continual improvement?  Stop doing what made you awesome and you will become less so.

A 10/10 mindset breeds complacency, inefficiency and arrogance.  The moment you stop doing what got you to the top of the mountain – is the very moment you begin to slide down the other side.
